'Match Point Tennis Score' is licensed under the terms of the Apple App Store End User License Agreement.
By using the 'Match Point Tennis Score' app, you are accepting this Terms of Use Agreement and Privacy Policy.
'Match Point Tennis Score' does not monitor or collect any data created by the user.
Health Data
If you allow 'Match Point Tennis Score' to access data from the Health kit, with your permission, 'Match Point Tennis Score' will read your health data entries, including Active Energy Burnt, Steps, Distance Walked and Heart Rate if such data exist. 'Match Point Tennis Score' can collect those data back to the app screen so that you can monitor your stats while you're playing.
Your health data will not be passed on to any servers, third parties, stored, sold or used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever. The data is only used by 'Match Point Tennis Score' to provide the functionality outlined above.
Acceptance of Privacy Policy & Terms
By using 'Match Point Tennis Score' you consent to the application collecting, processing and presenting the data in accordance with this privacy policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not allow 'Match Point Tennis Score' to access your health data. The app can be fully functional without it.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove content of this policy at any time.
